Parkside Baptist Church is blessed to have the space to have two different Sunday School Departments going on at the same time. Many of our college students are actively involved as teachers and teacher's helpers in our Sunday School program.

Our Bus Ministry is a way for us as sold out, soul winning Christians to help reach the lost, get our converts in church, and grow them in Christ. Our buses run all over the Dallas area and encompass many square miles around our church. LSBC students have great opportunities to serve in the Bus Ministry while serving at Lone Star Baptist College and Parkside Baptist Church.







A soul winning visit Abundant Soul Winning Opportunities


Mesquite is a suburb of Dallas, Texas. There are literally millions of people living within our reach. There are several weekly scheduled soul winning times that any college student can take part in. Anyone with a desire to see someone saved will definitely have a great opportunity in this great harvest field. Souls are saved and baptized every week at Parkside Baptist Church. In addition to our weekly soul winning times, we have an annual Soul Winning Conference that is sure to challenge anyone!

Female students have opportunity to work with the group leaders and young ladies of Parkside Baptist Church in the “Far Above Rubies” program. This program was developed to instill in the girls the character qualities and traits of the Proverbs 31 lady. The program's goal is to see these young ladies reach their full potential in areas of character, serving others, homemaking skills, crafts, and their service for Christ and their church.

The music program of Lone Star Baptist College can be experienced first hand during the services of Parkside Baptist Church. We are strictly old-fashioned in our style, separated from the “contemporary” style of today. College students have ample opportunities to get involved of the PBC music department.

In 1986, Parkside Baptist Academy was founded as a ministry for the members of our church to help parents rear godly children. Our first and foremost goal is to instill within children a genuine love for Christ and a desire to serve Him. We strive to build strength of character, self-discipline, respect for authority, and a love for America in the heart of each student, with a strong academic foundation. The academy strives to integrate Biblical principles for daily Christian living in all aspects of our curriculum and program. College students may have the opportunity to be teacher's aides and to do student teaching for credit.
